The year’s Public Service Learning Fest (PSLF) 2026 brings together officers across the Public Service for a month of learning focused on Innovation and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Look forward to hearing from a diverse range of voices from across public and private sectors at the Learning Forward Conference (PSLF's Signature Day), as well as workshops, webinars, curated digital resources on LEARN and learning journeys at the Learning Marketplace.

Throughout the Learning Fest, you will have opportunities to:

Learning Forward Conference (22 July 2026)

Hear from a diverse range of voices — from PayPal Singapore CEO, Aaron Wong, on driving AI adoption at scale, to poet Joshua Ip on what the literary arts can offer governance. After lunch, IMDA, a winner of the 2025 PST award, shares how they put innovation into practice, before we shine a spotlight on the human side of transformation, with perspectives from transformation thought leader Karen Leong and OCBC's Group Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Melvyn Low.
