The year’s Public Service Learning Fest (PSLF) 2026 brings together officers across the Public Service for a month of learning focused on Innovation and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Throughout the Learning Fest, you will have opportunities to:

Signature Day (22 July 2026)

Hear from a diverse range of voices — from Razer CEO Tan Min‑Liang on building and leading an innovative organisation, to poet Joshua Ip on what the literary arts can offer governance. After lunch, IMDA, a winner of the 2025 PST award, shares how they put innovation into practice, before we shine a spotlight on the human side of transformation, with perspectives from transformation thought leader Karen Leong and OCBC's Group Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Melvyn Low.
